This planetary gearbox is designed specifically for a 775 DC motor, offering a compact and efficient solution for high-torque applications. Add lubricant for better and quieter performance. !Always put on cover ,pinch point hazard!

ASSEMBLY GUIDE

1: Prepare all parts shown in the picture.

 

 

 

 

 

2: Put the medium gears(black) on three pegs as seen on the picture, put the small gear (white) in the middle.

 

 

 

 

3: Grab main body and put the spacer in the middle hole and a screw in one of the 4 holes( you can put how many screws you want 1 is the minimum).

Thread Size: M4 (metric thread, 4mm diameter, lenght 10mm) 

 

 

4: Put the whole body on the motor and screw on the screw/s.

 

 

 

 

 

5: Put on the planet carrier at once, after that check if the small gear is touching the spacer, if not push it down on the motor shaft.

 

 

 

6: Make sure the planet carrier is flush with the top of the body.

 

 

 

 

 

7:Add the small shaft with the shorter end first. You can also use super glue to permanently keep it in place.

 

 

 

 

 

8: Screw on the cover as shown.

Thread Size: M3 (metric thread, 3mm diameter, lenght 25mm)
