KNOBMI! Sovol SV06 PLUS Y belt tensioning system with Knomi

thanks to our member SparksOnTap88 we have modified the Knob and the Knomi holder. made them a little bit smaller in some cases the bed was heating them 

This mod integrates the BigTreeTech Knomi V2 Display into the Y-axis belt tensioning system of the Sovol SV06 3D printer, combining functionality and aesthetics. The display is seamlessly housed within a custom-designed tensioning knob, ensuring easy access while maintaining precise belt adjustments.

Features:

• Integrated Display: The BTT Knomi V2 Display is centrally positioned within the Y tensioning knob.
• Secure Mounting: Includes a custom holder for securing the antenna and display frame to the printer.

Requirements:

Hardware:

• BigTreeTech Knomi V2 Display https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DdzwPbX 
• 1x M4x25mm screw
• 1x M4 nut
• 2x M3x12mm screws
• 2x M3x15mm self-tapping screws
• 2x M3x4.5mm OD, 4mm long heat-set inserts

Power: Connect the display to the motherboard using 5V and GND.

Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 15-20%, Gyroid pattern
• Walls:
  • Pulley holder: 5 walls
  • Other components: 3 walls
• Top/Bottom Layers: 5 each

The provided STL files are pre-oriented and ready for printing. Follow the picture in the repository for antenna and holder placement guidance.
