Mouse Ears/Headband Wall Mount

I've seen a few similar designs, a friend wanted one of these, and I wanted to try making my own and make one that might be a quicker print.

The back should safely fit a small command strip. No pictures of it on my wall, sorry, but hopefully the deck of cards gives a good size comparison.
