Draeger UCF series - crawling plate

We are currently using several Draeger UCF thermal imaging cameras and have encountered a common issue where the crawling plates either break or go missing.

Without the crawling plate, the cameras cannot be docked in their charging stations. Although a separate charger is available for the batteries, repeatedly removing and reinstalling the battery often leads to lost screws or stripped hex heads on the cylinder screws.

Since replacement parts are quite expensive in our region, we scanned our last remaining crawling plate to create a duplicate.

In our case, we will not attach the 3D-printed crawling plate to the camera. Instead, we will secure it to the charger, enabling the camera to be charged without needing to remove the battery.
