🧀 While no aftercare is needed, I found that lightly sanding the bottom corners with sandpaper makes the model incredibly smooth and satisfying to hold. Its size is perfect for rolling around in your hand.
🧀 For a fun finishing touch, I added black nail polish to the eyes and mouth grooves, which turned out great, but it looks fantastic without it too!
3D printing settings
Based on my experience, increasing the infill percentage greatly improves strength.
However, the model shown in the second GIF was printed using the default settings on a Creality Ender 3 V2 SE, and it has been performing well. (10-15%)
The only drawback is that the links aren't as strong compared to prints with (40-80%) infill, where the links become noticeably sturdier.
I haven't had to use a brim so far, but it might be necessary if you're experiencing adhesion issues.
