This model was designed to store awkwardly sized 25mm paint dropper bottles into lidded, stackable storage containers.  This unit will store Vallejo, Army Painter, Turbo Dork, and many other brands of paint.  Any dropper bottles with a ≤ 26mm bottle diameter should fit.  Citadel brand paint pots will not fit in this storage tray.

The organizer tray is printed in four pieces that slot securely together using dovetails.  The organizer is known to fit in Tribello Plastic Storage Containers With Lids - (Large - 14 x 13 x 3) with the lid closed.  According to the product information, the assembled size of these containers is 14" L x 11" W x 3 1/4" H.  These containers will fit into an Ikea Kallax shelving unit.

Testing fit: If you are not using the exact same storage box that I am or you would like to make sure you have sufficient clearance for the dovetails to join, I would suggest you set your slicer to stop printing at ~2-5mm height and create flat “puzzle pieces” to test fit in the bottom of your storage bin.  If the footprint fits, print one of the two smaller pieces (part 1 or part 2) , insert into your organizer, load a few paint bottles, and make sure the lid will close.

Print settings:

Nozzle: 0.4mm (0.6mm may work, but fit may be tight)

Layer Height 0.16-0.24 (0.16 in photos - stair stepping will be visible with higher layers)

Material: Any (tested with PLA)

Supports: No

Brim: Recommended to prevent warping on sharp corners

Infill: Tested at 15% cubic

Walls: Tested at 3 walls

Other: I sliced using Cura with “exclusive” slicing tolerance and wall ordering “Outside to Inside” in order to preserve dovetail tolerances.  I added 0.2mm more tolerance than I needed with those settings. so there should be sufficient built in tolerance to use other slicer settings, but you should test the fit before printing all four parts.
