Marvel Champions Insert System

Corrected an aesthetic issue where the grooves of the deck boxes were not symmetrical.

Trimmed off 1 mm off the top of the deck boxes meant for the core box. This has also been applied to the top token box to ensure everything is flush when you are done printing. This provides a bit more space for the manuals (it was off by only that).

A new deck box is included; this is for those who wish to go beyond the tab separators and want to have individual deck boxes for their player decks. These are designed for sleeved cards as well as the associated character cards (obligation and nemesis cards).

Created two new spacer boxes for those who wish to pad the content of their deck boxes with something solid. This is to simulate the old-school method of padding MTG collection boxes with other boxes to make things fit a bit more neatly. The small box is the size of a player deck while the medium one is twice the size.

Here is my take on an insert for the Marvel Champions LCG (Living Card Game). These work with either the Core box or the Expansion boxes. Note that components are designed for the Core box but nothing should stop you from making it work with the Expansion boxes.

Key features:

• Works with sleeved cards
   
• Expands the capacity of the Core box to hold both basic contents
  as well as several expansions. Provided example pictures show the core contents, two extra player decks (Captain America and Hulk decks), a villain deck (The Green Goblin), and the Rise of the Red Skull expansion.
   
• Expansion boxes are smaller. Use the smaller crates for these; four will fit nicely in a box.
   
• Token boxes stack and fit in a way that their contents will not move even if the box is stored on its side.
   
• The card boxes have a height that comes up short from the lip of the core box. This gives you room to store the Learn to Play and Rules Reference on top of everything.
   
• The "main villain" life tracker sits on top of the top token box and doubles as a lid for its contents.

Instructions:

Print these files with a low resolution as there is no need for visual appeal on this project (then again, there is no stoping you from doing otherwise).

• 4 x "Marvel Champions - Wide Side Deck Box - Full Size"
• 1 x "Marvel Champions - Wide Side Deck Box - Short". This one is to be placed next to the Token boxes.
• 1 x "Marvel Champions - Top Token Box"
• 1 x "Marvel Champions - Bottom Token Box"
• Print as many "Marvel Champions - Card Separator" as you need to organize your cards.

3D printing settings

I strongly suggest you use draft settings as there is no need to go with fine details here, but that's up to you. 0.28 mm or 0.3 mm is quite all right.
