AA Dummy Battery

This is a set of single, double and triple cell AA battery dummies meant to be used for converting battery powered devices to other power sources. 

The 2 and 3 cell versions have the electrodes positioned to replace AA batteries that are arranged in series (2 cell = 3V, 3 cell = 4.5V). 

There is enough hollowed out space in the models to allow for the inclusion of buck or boost modules to achieve the appropriate voltage from your power source. I have included models with both 49mm bodies and 50mm bodies. I use 0.2mm copper sheet for my electrodes so the 50mm bodies have worked for my purposes. If you have thicker electrode material you will likely want to use the 49mm versions.

The “button” for the positive terminal protrudes 1mm beyond the body length. 

Printed at 0.2 layer height, 0.4 nozzle these have not required supports on my printer. If bed adhesion is an issue it might be advisable to use a brim on the single cell model.
