D-Day at Omaha Beach (4th Ed. Deluxe) boardgame inserts.
I have done modular inserts so I can limit the trays to take on the game table. 2 are for initial setup, 1 for counters during the game, 1 for US units entering during various turns and 2 cards boxes.
The height of the trays is designed to fit game manuals, translated manuals and the gorgeous Flipbooks (thank to Jan Tuijp).
This is how the counters are organized into the trays (you can find a pdf to print and keep into the box):

I designed all the inserts using this wonderful tool: https://deckinabox.sgenoud.com/token-tray-fdm where you can customize your tokens tray. Steve Genoud is the author of the tool. Donate to him (the button in the upper right corner on the site)!
Keep in mind that I have made the inscriptions on the covers with the slicer (PrusaSlicer in my case). You can't do that with deckinabox (for the time being…).
I list here the links for the single trays so you can customize them:
PS: I haven't been able to play a single game with it yet! :'(
If you are a good DDaOB player, then you can contact me and teach me! :)
