ACD Direct (ACD-44) Mobile Aircon 150mm Vent/Hose Interface

I've had this aging (but fully working) Aircon unit in the garage for a while, the interface for the hose split and was unable to source a replacement so I've finally got round to designing a replacement.

I've yet to fully print this (20+ hours), but have printed a test part (i.e. the first 11mm) and know it to fit perfectly.

I suggest it's printed in ABS as PLA may sag under the heat from the vent. You probably want a high infill too.

Supports (unfortunately) will be needed, at least for the runner/rail part.
