Home Assistant NUC top

Home Assistant branded replacement top for a NUC 7 computer.

I designed this for a NUC7i7BNH but may work for other NUC’s that are 111mm X 115mm.

Assembly:

1. Remove NUC top starting at the notches with guitar picks and move around until it is released.
2. I used my Thwack to press the white parts in to the blue part.
3. When pressing the new top on, the tolerances are very tight and it only aligns one way. The layer lines can be felt as you get it to go on. The layer lines are what helps hold the top in place.

Print Settings:

Filament: PETG

Nozzle: 0.40mm 

Layer Height: 0.20mm

Textured sheet makes the blue look great.

I didn’t use input shaping to help with the small details on the lettering.
