Rattle Ball - Baby Toy

Easy to print rattle ball for the small ones to chase around. The ball is available in two diameters - 9cm and 13cm. It's a nice way to turn your almost empty spools into simple colorful toys. The ball can be assembled without glue and parts exchanged quickly.

A complete ball requires you to print 2 halfs, 1 connector and a arbitrary number of rattles. Scale the rattles to different sizes to get a more interesting sound. I got good results by using 3 rattles and a little bit of rice.

All parts can be printed without support, but make sure to choose a higher number of top layers (at least 5) to get nice results for the top of the ball halfs. I used the following settings and both turned out fine.

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Walls: 4
• Bottom layer: 3
• Top layer: 5
• Infill: 20%
• No support
