The 3D-printed filament holder is designed to fit most filament spools weighing 1–1.1 kg, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of brands. Its universal design allows for easy installation, whether mounted on the wall or placed on the floor.

This model is simple to print and requires no supports, making it accessible even for less experienced 3D printing enthusiasts. It can be printed using PLA or other filament types. I personally printed the model using Jayo Black PLA with 8–10% infill. To ensure the model holds together securely, you need to print three nuts and, after connecting the walls, tighten the nuts in place. For additional durability, I recommend setting the wall count to 4–5, which strengthens the rods holding the filament spools.

To achieve the best results, it’s preferable to use a 3D printer with a build plate size of at least 220x220 mm. The print time is approximately 6 hours, with a material consumption of about 158 grams. This practical and efficient design is a must-have for anyone looking to organize their filament spools conveniently and securely.
