Wrench holder to be mounted on a pegboard. Designed to hold the wrenches from 6 to 19 mm.

You must print 2 base_sliding (hook) + 1 support_cles (holder).

The type of pegboard it was designed for: https://www.leroymerlin.fr/produits/quincaillerie/rangement-utilitaire/console-et-cremaillere/systeme-cremaillere-simple-pour-console/lot-de-2-panneaux-perfores-acier-spaceo-blanc-80x20cm-82658409.html

However, as long you pegboard has similar holes shape and :

  1. An horizontal hole spacing of 45mm
  2. Hole width approx. 5mm (the hooks are designed with a thickness of 4.6mm)

This was designed in TopSolid

First I have imported in TopSolid, the wrenches from traceparts

I have positionned them in an assembly and then designed the holder directly in the assembly.
At first I have just created a block that would fit my wrenches:

Then I removed the inner part and substracted the wrenches shapes from my holder:

Then I computed in TopSolid the location of the center of mass of the assembly (wrenches + holder) to place at least 1 hole for the hooks near it (just above it in fact)

I then added the numbers, some fillet and chamfers to have a nicer shape and smoother angle for an easier printing
