Desinged to take as little space as possible, mounted with 4 screws (3-4mm diameter should work, I used 3.5mm dia screws). Holes at the bottom are big enough to fit standard bits to access screws. Sides on the back are slightly closed off, so you won't risk pushing dac out of the shelf e.g. when inserting headphone jack or clicking buttons. All ports are still accessible though.
Designed for printing with 0.4mm extrusion width, other widths might work but your mileage may vary. No supports required. Can be printed with anything reasonably rigid, I used PLA - total of ~130g. All files are properly oriented, source CAD included
