Chess Teacher

Size: The individual squares on the board are 1.75 inches. The bases on the chess pieces are 1.5 inch octagons. The pieces themselves are 0.625 inches diameter approximately. 
 

Chess board and bases are designed so that you can switch filament at a certian layer height and achieve the contrasting colors. On the board, the White color should be printed first. 

Assembly: Except the Knight, each piece will just screw on the finished base. The knight uses a tapered dovetail. 

Print with 2-3 walls on the pieces and 15% infill 0.4mm nozzle with 0.15mm layer height recommended. 
Print the Board with 0.4mm nozzle. 0.16mm layers. 2 walls and 15% infill. 2 bottom layers, 6 top layers. Your specific printer may or may not require support for the internal puzzle piece elements. Be careful when removing these support pieces due to the thin upper layer. The last 2 layers should be printed with your Black color.
