These are small LEGO brick style PC knobs. They come in knurled and smooth versions and should fit common rotary encoder sizes for keyboards, macro pads, and other interface devices. Print them with tree-supports on the bottom to support the interior of the knob, they should pop out quite easily with a needle nose pliers or flush cutter.
