Wooden staircases can be slippery, especially when wearing woolen socks. I bought a roll of Tesa 60952 transparent anti-slip tape (25 mm x 15 m) to make our staircase safer. This tape attaches really hard and doesn't come off easily, so there was no room for mistake.
I designed these simple parts to help with cutting and attaching the tape. Printed with PLA, 10 % infill, without any supports.
The steps in our staircase are 900 mm wide, so I cut each anti-slip tape to 800 mm length (+a few extra mm to be cut off with the cutting template). The corner align tool aligns the tape 50 mm from the wall-end of the step, and 10 mm from the edge.
