This is a framework based handheld gaming computer, a bit like a steam deck. But unlike a steam deck the framework handled is upgradable. Need more storage? Drop a larger M.2 SSD into the M.2 slot on the motherboard. Need more performance? Replace the whole motherboard.

I recommend PETG for all printed parts. I found that ABS is a bit too brittle, same with ASA, and PLA melts during use.

3 or 4 parameters is recommend for extra strength

15%-20% infill is recommended 

 

 

 

 

 

Instruction 

Step 1: Plug in the USB-C cable included with the display

Step 2: Plug the USB-C With the right angle adapters into the port labeled Display input 

Step 3: plug in the USB-C to USB-C cable without the right angle adapter into the other USB-C port (labeled power)

Step 4: Fish the cables into the slot in the main case (you might need to cram the cables in the case)

Step 5: Screw the screen into the case

Step 6: Rout the cables though cable management tray.

Step 7: Place the battery in the case with the battery connector on the side where the screen is not sticking out

Step 8: Solder one lead from the switch to one side of the small button labeled sw1 on the mobo

Step 9: Plug in the battery cable to the mobo, then gently fold the mobo into the case, make sure the switch is below the mobo and through the slot at the bottom of the case

Step 10: Plug in the usb-c cables to the mobo, as seen in the 13th photo

Step 11: Plug in the WiFi antennas to the two ports on the WiFi card

Step 12: Insert the WiFi card into the slot on the mobo, then screw it in

Step 13: Screw the mobo into the case

Step 14: Peal the protective sheet off of the antennas and stick them to the inside of the bottom case 

Step 15: Put the  tape on the back of the antennas

Step 16: Place the bottom case on the back and screw in the screws. 

Step 17: Plug in the handheld and enjoy
