This is for a 5015 fan on the linear rail gantry by BootyCallJones.
Because of the size of a 5015 blower, it's really difficult to get it to fit without limiting the travel of your printhead. This cooler fits with a minor modification: YOU MUST REMOVE THE CANBUS CONNECTOR PIECE FROM THE BOARD. The risk in this is that you could install the cable connector incorrectly and damage your printer. See pictures for details. Use this at your own risk.
I would also suggest increasing your toolhead clearance in the slicer to 60mm for per-object printing.
You can remove some plastic from the blower to allow the screws to be seated without protruding past the front of the fan.
I would suggest printing this in ASA for heat resistance. I used the organic tree supports from the bed only and only for more than 25 degree overhangs. The walls are 0.8mm, so it should be sturdy when printed with a 0.4 nozzle at 0.2 layer height.
Update 3/2025: I've added a new version with support for a double-bearing 5015 which has a larger opening. Thanks for the feedback!
If you do some testing and have some suggestions, please let me know in the comments. Thanks!
