SKR Pro v1.x PCB mount with Raspberry Pi Zero W

I created this backplate to mount a SKR Pro v1.1 and a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W on the side of my Prusa-style printer. The Raspberry Pi is mounted close to the serial port of the SKR Pro v1.1, so I can directly connect (instead of USB). In addition, the SKR Pro provides power to the Raspberry Pi.

The threaded inserts I used are:

• M3 (for the SKR Pro): OD 4.5mm, max height 5mm
• M2.5 (for the Raspberry Pi): OD 3mm, max height 5mm

The backplate can then be mounted on the T-slot of an aluminium extrusion. The holes are designed for M5 threaded bolts.

Print settings:

• 25% infill
• 3 wall loops
