THIS IS MOSTLY COMPLETE BUT I AM STILL REFINING IT. If you find something is amiss with it then please let me know. All edits will be noted at the bottom of this description.
I remade the entire design to fit some US products I was able to find as well as changing to a pair of geared extruder gears. This removed the printed “spring” and forced the filament in more uniformly. This design also makes the pellets larger (6mm vs the original 3m). I added a 40mm section of a stainless steel ruler as the anvil for the cutting edge as well as changed the router bit to one that was available in the US and doesn't require the 2 bearings on the shaft. I removed the need for the heat set inserts except for where the gear mounts on the router bit. The assembly generally follows the original design. I also included the bottle attachment in the files.

The grub screw that came with my extruder gear was of poor quality. I replaced it with a M3 Grub Screw from the set above that I ground down to 2.5MM long.
I also included a simplified version for printing that reduces the number of individual components. They are denoted with CC. They make the same pelletizer but it all fits on one build plate easier. If you want to print this version then print the 2 CC files, both gears, the gear cover, End Plate A, and the Bottle Attachment.
2024-11-15: Resized the holes in End Plate A to accept the M3 screws. I accidentally made them M3.5 in the original. I also corrected the claim that it made the pellets smaller. It actually makes them larger. This is what happens when you come back to a project after almost a year.
Future: Working on remaking the model to use the Heat Set Inserts like the original from Teaching Tech. I will release that as a separate model when I am done.
Future: A model that uses a dual bearing router bit that makes the same 3mm long pellets as the original from Teaching Tech. I have sourced a bit and now just need to design it. I will release that one when I am done.
