Update 2025-01-24: Fixed an unattatched sketch in the FCStd file.

The clips on my Cateye Reflex Auto broke and I could not easily find a replacement.

This is why I decided to model and print a replacement shell.

That was a mistake.

This is a very challenging print that punishes your printer with 60deg overhangs, tight tolerances, intricate details, and precarious bed adhesion. You'll also need to print this in a strong, tough material that is flexible enough for the clips to work. PETG is a good material for this, IF you can get the overhangs to work.

Print in the depicted orientation. If you're confident in your printer you only need supports for the shown areas.

Also, good luck getting the PCB, battery contacts, and button out of the original shell without damaging or losing anything. The button has a small part that is just itching to acsend into the astral plane.

If you want to adjust the tolerances I have provided the FreeCAD files. You'll need FreeCAD 1.0 RC1 or newer to open the file, good luck.
