Prusa MK4 Nozzle Holder CounterBore L+R Remix

It's the original using counterbore hole instead of countersink. I used leftover/spare M3x6 screw from the MK4 kit for mounting it. The hole actually is counterbore+wide countersink to facilitate printing “on the back” (tested and shown with prusament PETG). Other modifications:

• 5mm instead of original 4.5mm mount thickness because the counterbore hole is deeper
• left parameter in cadquery file “mirrors” the output (no need for postprocessing)
• some comments added to cadquery file

Included 4-6 nozzle holders left and right. The 4 nozzle holder plate is the same for left and right

Instructions:

1. print whatever version you want (tested PETG at mere 15% infill, 0.20 SPEED @ MK4IS)
2. insert M3x6 screw
3. push the nozzle block to the back plate so it's flush and the shoe in the back is facing down
4. tighten the screw (not too much) while helping the back plate sit into the hex seat next to the existing tapped hole
