This 25cm wall bracket is designed to be 3D printed using PLA, PETG, or ABS, with specific print settings optimized for stability: a 0.3mm layer height, 20% infill, 3 wall layers, and 4 top and bottom layers. Built to support heavy-duty shelving, it secures the shelf 25 cm from the wall, providing essential space for cables and other equipment.

The bracket’s rigid design effectively minimizes vibrations and movement, which can otherwise cause ringing or ghosting in 3D prints. This makes it ideal for setups with 3D printers, as it offers a stable, vibration-dampening support for high-precision printing environments.

For installation, each side of the bracket requires two Ø8x60mm wall anchors and Ø6x80mm screws for secure wall mounting. The shelf itself attaches to the plastic bracket with two Ø6x50mm screws, with a 40mm pitch for consistent alignment. This sturdy, purpose-built bracket is an excellent solution for workspaces needing both organization and stability, enhancing print quality and reducing unwanted vibrations.
