Sunlu S2 PTFE Adapter

ENG-- Adapter for Sunlu S2 filament dryer. --
- The Sunlu s2 dryer has a filament outlet only from the top.
But if you have the dryer higher than the printer and the filament is introduced into the printer from the top, there may be a problem with bending the filament, or you have to use an unnecessarily long piece of PTFE tube...
- This solution adds a clutch to the front of the dryer. The clutch is directed downwards. There is no collision with the heating element inside the dryer.
- The files also contain a simple template for drilling a hole for screwing.

You will need:
- Printed parts
- Coupling with M10 thread (through)
- 2x M3x6 screws
- M3 thread (but maybe the thread can be cut without it)
Drill bit 2.5mm and 5mm

Procedure:
- mark all three holes according to the template.
- Drill the outer holes 2.5 mm and the middle one at least 5 mm.
- Use a threader to cut the threads. if you don't have a tap, drill 3mm holes and secure the screw with a nut on the inside)
- Screw the printed part with the previously screwed coupling.
- Pull the PTFE tube through the coupling and into the dryer.

CZ -- Adapter pro sušičku filamentu Sunlu S2. --
- Sušička Sunlu s2 má vývod filamentu pouze z horní strany. 
Pokud ale  máš sušičku výše než tiskárnu a filament se zavádí do tiskárny z horní strany, může nastat problém s ohybem filamentu, nebo musíš použít zbytečně dlouhý kus PTFE trubičky... 
- Toto řešení přidává spojku na přední stranu sušičky. Spojka je směřovaná směrem dolů. Uvnitř sušičky nedochází ke kolizi s topným tělískem..
- Soubory obsahují i jednoduchou šablonu pro navrtání otvoru pro přišroubování.

Budeš potřebovat:
- Tištěné díly 
- Spojku se závitem M10 (průchozí)
- 2x M3x6 šrouby
- Závitník M3 (ale možná půjde závit vyřezat i bez něj)
Vrták 2.5mm a 5mm

Postup:
- podle šablony si vyznač všechny tři otvory.
- Krajní otvory vyvrtej 2.5mm a střední min 5mm.
- Závitníkem vyřež závity. pokud nemáš závitník, vyvrtej otvory 3mm a v vnitřní strany šroub zajisti maticí)
- Přišroubuj tištěný díl s předen našroubovanou spojkou.
- PTFE trubičku protáhni spojkou az dovnitř sušičky.
