This filter assembly can be used with a normal 120mm PC fan. Preferably a fan with a higher static pressure.

For filtering the particles I use the standard H12 HEPA filter and for the VOC's I use activated carbon sheets you can cut to size. The fan I used is the Arctic P12MAX, these are relatively cheap and have a good static pressure.

How to use:

Glue the fan mount and filter housing together using the build in alignment pins and CA glue.
Cut a piece of Activated carbon sheet to size and put it in the filter housing.
Now insert the H12 filter in the filter housing (on top of the carbon sheet).
Mount a fan directly on the filter or in-between the enclosure walls and the filter.
Connect the fan to a PWM fan controller and you're done.

Parts required:

H12 HEPA filter
Activated carbon sheets
120mm PC Fan (Arctic P12 MAX)
Some form of CA glue
PWM fan controller (preferably 12V)
Power supply for the fan controller (preferably 12V)

Optional Parts:

M4 threaded inserts
Thread tap set

I bought most ports on Ali express and the filters on amazon. Any \u201ccheap\u201d PWM fan controller would suffice but buy a decent power supply. 2A or 3A should be more then enough.
