Water Softner Salt level sensor bracket for HC-SR04 sensor

Remixed Wiktor's HC-SR04 case and added it to a bracket to fit our salt tank.  Also remixed the lid to fit the case and bracket.

This fits our tank with the lid on so I didn't have to drill a hole in my tank lid.  Uses a D1 Mini esp board in a case that I got off printables.  The D1 is mounted with double sided tape on the side of the tank and run up and in the bracket under the lid.
