Network cabinets are essential for organizing and managing IT infrastructure, from small home networks to larger setups. However, they come with a drawback: purpose-built mounting hardware for network cabinets can be costly and doesn’t always suit unique or smaller-scale needs.
There are currently two versions the G and P versions. The G is general, no vent ports in the in these mounts. The P is for the polygon vent ports version.
Recently, I created a 3D-printed mount specifically for the TRENDnet 48-Port Blank Keystone 2U HD Patch Panel, TC-KP48, 2U 19” Metal Rackmount Housing, and it has proven to be a great alternative to traditional mounting hardware. This DIY mount lets you tailor the design to specific requirements, offering the strength and ease of installation of high-end mounts at a fraction of the cost.
