The Benefits:

  • Using these alignment clips ensures 70 mm aerated concrete blocks are precisely leveled during installation, minimizing or even eliminating the need for plastering afterward.
  • Once the adhesive cures, walls can be tiled directly if desired.
This method is both efficient and environmentally friendly, offering a professional, seamless finish.
  • The clips maintain consistent joint thickness, helping you use less adhesive.
  • By reducing thick layers of plaster, you avoid unforeseen dimensional discrepancies.
  • These clips are designed to fit standard aerated concrete blocks of 70 mm thick, delivering a clean, polished appearance.

How It Works:

  1. Here’s a quick guide on using the clips, and there’s also a video demonstration available.
  2. Apply adhesive to the concrete blocks and position the clips so that their tabs rest against the back edge of each block.
  3. Place the next block, ensuring the clips remain in the joint. The wedge on the ends of each clip can then be used to lock the blocks in place by sliding it in. Once positioned, the blocks are fixed and won’t move independently.
  4. After the adhesive has cured, you can remove the exposed parts of the clips with ease by snapping them off along the built-in break lines. The ends of the clip can be removed by twisting or a hammer tap.
  5. That’s it! Your wall is evenly aligned, with equal spacing between blocks, ready for tiling or finishing as desired.

Use a minimum of three clips per block to achieve a perfect result. The wedges are reusable, while the central portion of the clips remains between the blocks for stability.

The old one snapped off to easy. This one is much stronger.
