I liked @keksbeiser's mount, but I wanted to evolve the design a little bit by adding a fan for some cooling and closing the gap around the screen.
I had some interference issues with the SD card and USB-C slot, so added some clearance there.
You still need to download the base from his page HERE.
I've added some chamfers and fillets to clean up the design a little, and a spot to put a zip tie for the cables on the inside, just in case.
I've used the SPI-ports 5v and ground to power my fan, you could also run a fan via the 24v input or run a wire to your printers motherboard.
EDIT:
modified the casing to remove the mounting tabs and made new holes to be able too flat mount it. spacing for these holes are 76x48mm. Just remember that whatever you mount it to needs space for the fan to breathe. Mounts with M3x5x4 heatsets.
Also added a mount to put the pad on a 2020 extrusion, this also fits the Rook MK1 printer.
