This is a simple right angle adapter for a sewing machine thread spool holder.

It solves a problem that certain threads would pull off the spool toward the spool end, which causes the thread to twist. With the adapter, the spool rotates and the thread does not twist.

Update: I added the .step and .f3d files that were used to create the .stl to enable customization.
