This model is perfect if you have a K1C and wanted to add detachable ducting to the exhaust fan with the original activated charcoal filter, or if you have a regular K1 and wanted to add both. This press fits into place on the back of the printer in the same way as the factory one.
With magnets on the filter holder, you can easily attach and detach any accessories with minimal effort. I've created different magnetic ducts to accompany this model found here: Detachable magnetic exhaust duct attachments for K1/K1C
At minimum you'll need 4 magnets total, but I found that the hold wasn't as strong as I'd like. Fortunately there is enough space on the back side to add more. A stack of 4 more was sufficient, but I was more comfortable with a stack of 5 extra (for a total of 24 magnets). If you stack any higher, the holder might not seat properly to the back of the printer. And while I haven't tried it, if you cut your own filter sheet (like maybe a HEPA filter), this stack of magnets might be able to help keep the filter element in place.

The magnets were originally supposed to be press fit, so I included a hole on the back side to eject them in case you got the polarities wrong. But due to differences in magnet manufactures and printer tolerances, I ended up super gluing mine in place.
I've added a slight angle to the magnet seats, so it can be printed face down without supports. Note the orientation of the arrow so you know which is the top when installing it into the back of the printer.
I recommend 4 walls for strength and a higher temp filament like ABS or ASA, but I suppose PETG will be fine too.
