Shelving Peg Extender

This is a simple extender for the ~5mm metal pegs commonly found in various shelving units. Over time, the shelf frame may expand or the peg hole may become worn, making these short pegs insufficient to hold the shelves securely. This extender fits snugly around the metal peg, extending its length considerably (if you need additional extension, you can adjust the Z scale in your slicer). Simply pop these onto the pegs with the flat side facing the shelf slab, and place the shelf on top.
