iPhone Charger Pad for Toyota Tacoma (15W Magsafe Charger)

Matches the shape of the OEM phone cubby.

To install:

1. Print as you like.
2. Put the 15W magsafe charger in position. The 25W will not currently fit this model.
3. Press the cord into place on the back, minding the bends.
4. If taping, place 1-3 pieces of tape in recesses on the back. I recommend 3M VHB tape.
5. With tape backing removed, triple check your position before pressing firmly into place.
6. Plug the USB-C into an available port.

Shown here printed in matte PLA at 0.20mm layer height. I've had good luck with PLA in vehicles even in summer, but will probably reprint this in TPU which is great with hotter temps.

I printed without supports. The three recesses for tape on the back bridged well. The surface wasn't perfectly smooth, but soft VHB tape worked very well in these recesses.

For size reference, the phone shown charging is an iPhone 14 Pro. It has a basic magsafe compatible case installed as well.

I printed the lower position option first, but will probably choose the higher version next time. That holds the phone 8mm higher.
