Description
PDFThe Kreg Accu-Cut comes with a saw sled that does not grip the DeWalt DCS565 tight enough.
With this print, the it's no longer wobbeling.
Designed to align perfectly on the blue guide strip of the Accu-Cut (as the manual suggest, the guide strip should be shaved during 1st run - with this, no need to re-align everytime mounting back to the sled)
I've printed this in PLA with 15% infill.
print 3xBottom Dowel + 2xTop Dowel.
Use M4 nuts and bolts.
Pro tip - use PTFE adhesive tape in the grooves to reduce friction https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007065274166.html (15mm)
