Shock collar adapter for CBT

I have added smaller size adapter. Numbers in model names are dimensions from the sketch.

It is designed to be used with this shock collar with cut out strap attachments.

For attachment ring I used DIN580 M8 eye bolt, M8x12 threaded insert and a bit of thread locker.

For printing place supports manually, like this. 

This allows nice bridging here
