Dolce Gusto water intake part replacement

Small replacement part for Dolce Gusto coffee machine

On our machine, the small part in water tube got broken and water could not flow from the tank to the machine. Quickly designed this part and it works perfectly.

!!! The original part contains kind of a filter, which is missing in my model. You should only use clean water to prevent issues. !!!

!!! The part will be in direct contact with the water that goes to your cofee (in the part where that water is still cold). I recomend to aply some food-save finish. !!!

To replace the part

1. unsrew 5 bolts (marked in blue circles in 4th photo, was Torx 10H head in my version ) in the back of the machine and take out the whole plastic back
2. take out the black seal ring and the original part
3. put in the the replacement part and the seal ring
4. put in the plastic back and tighten with bolts
5. enjoy your coffee
