SV08 dragon style Volcano hotend mount (Haldis Red Lizard K1 & Others)

I made this mount to adapt a Dragon style hotend to my SV08. I used a CHCB type heater, but a CHC tube style also works.

 The Stock hotend uses proprietary parts and in my experience is prone to heat-creep. 

This mount has a separate block to tie it into the lower screw location of the toolhead. 

It requires a longer PTFE tube below the extruder, and I needed to add shimming magnets to clearance the toolhead cover.  I also needed 2 M3 20mm screws and 2 m3 nuts to mount, as well as a 2.5mm x 6mm to mount the support block.   I provided holes to screw to the support block sides but have not seen the need to use them.
