22mm Handlebar Mount for USB Charger Module (29mm Hole)

I reworked the geometry from my Ninebot max charger mount to fit a 22mm handlebar and mount horizontally. The main hole is sized at 29mm, make sure to check your charger before printing. Print in PETG for resistance to material creep (Do not use PLA). The charger comes close to the base to minimize length, you will have to solder to the terminals instead of using spade connectors. To mount the charger itself inside the housing, align everything upright to the mount side and use a thin screwdriver to tighten the ring nut.
