The Tupolev Tu-95, known by its NATO reporting name "Bear," is a strategic bomber and missile platform developed by the Soviet Union in the 1950s. Despite its age, the Tu-95 remains in service due to its impressive capabilities and adaptability. It is powered by four Kuznetsov NK-12 turboprop engines, making it one of the fastest propeller-driven aircraft ever built and the loudest, due to the unique contra-rotating propellers. The aircraft's range and payload capacity allow it to carry conventional or nuclear weapons over long distances. The Tu-95's distinctive design, with its swept wings and massive engines, has made it an enduring symbol of Soviet and now Russian military aviation, showcasing a blend of power and engineering longevity.

Printing Info

There are two versions you can print, one with langing gear and one without, both with and without a sprue. You can also print all parts seperatly. Happy printing!

Building Info

If the landing gear isn't balanced, carefully bend the pin at the gear up or down until it is balanced. To assemble the main landing gear push the back part in, then the front part. Then lift the angled part of the gear up and push the front part in. At last push the bespoken part into the slot as seen in the fourth picture.

Additional Note

Dont be confused that “Tupolev” ist spelt as “Tupolew” on the sprue models. Ive just noticed that there is a difference in spelling it in german and english.
