Split a drawer or box into several sections.
This design consists of very small separator blocks you can secure to a drawer wall with 2mm nanogel dual-sided tape. Between each pair you insert a 3mm panel of whatever material (foamcore, acrylic, wood, whatever you have) cut to the desired size. The panel remains flush with the floor of the drawer.
To prevent the panels from being accidentally lifted, there are additional panel holders with a stopper that are meant to be used to lock the panels in place.
For each panel you need 2 blocks without stopper and 2 blocks with stopper. Each block requires 2 10x30mm dual-sided tape cut.
A Fusion360 project is also provided if you want to change any dimensions.
After splitting the drawer you may want to label the sections, I have a model for that too: https://www.printables.com/model/1065614-label-blocks-for-sectioned-drawers
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
