Prusa MK2.4 Extruder BLTouch

I really liked mattshub's original prusa MK2.4 extruder, but i have a bl touch, not a pinda probe. Remixed his design to hold a BL touch.

correct height can be adjusted using washers ;)

BLtouch offset X:32 Y:12
