This is a parameterised version of a bracket I made for myself, due to people looking for such brackets I figured I'd make an easy to modify version and upload it.

Sorry about the variable naming, that's hard but for the most part you'll only have to modify two variables.

  • RebarDiameter - The diameter of your rebar with any added clearance to make it a slip fit
  • BoxMountingHoles - Center-Center for the box mounting holes.

Steps

  1. Measure your rebar, add a little clearance to make it easy to remove (say 8mm rebar, 0.5mm clearance)  and set RebarDiameter
  2. Measure the distance between the mounting holes and set BoxMountingHoles
  3. Export mesh
  4. Import into slicer
  5. Duplicate
  6. Mirror duplicate along the long axis
  7. Print
