Description

As Mammotion's genuine cutting disk has been designed for injection molding, it is not optimized for 3D prints.

So, I redesigned it, with 3D printability in sight. It has 6 blades instead of 4 and a protection cover, to keep that all clean.

There is also a support, to help for the insertion of the Ruthex inserts.

I printed all parts in PETG with a PLA interface layer on the cutting disk. The support released with no pain and the supported bottom surface is perfect.
The cover can be srewed to the disk with M3x12 Chamfered screws. But this is optional, as the cover is self-centering and hold by the blade screws.
There is a \u201cSupport tool\u201d to maintain the disk flat when you insert the inserts. The threaded hole is to put a M5x8 Chamfered screw to act as a \u201cdepth stopper\u201d
