This is a simple fan cover I designed with an “integrated” V6 mount, using mostly stock hardware.
The part cooling fan screws cut into the plastic, but for the hot-end fan, M3 heat inserts need to be dropped in after the print is complete. The two side screws reuse the M3x6mm BHCS of the Ender 3.
I printed this using PETG at 2mm layer height, face down with tree supports touching the build plate only.
Important note regarding installation: To prevent the plastic from deforming over time, I designed this with the intention that the heater block faces the rear of the printer. Refer to the images for reference.
