Pint oversized pub pads

These are oversized pint pub footpads they are similar to halo pads in size and mild concave.

There will be 2 versions of these, the V1 has some minor geometry adjustments to match the profile of my v1 pint pubrails. The v2 will match the profile and geometry of stock and my v2 pubrails. Rail Files found here: https://www.printables.com/model/1025987-pint-5deg-pub-rails-cnc

I recommend printing these in pa-cf, I’ve had decent luck and durability with Petg-cf as well, use adaptive layer height to smooth out the concave section. I use 6 walls and 50 to 60% adaptive cubic or gyroid infill.

update 12/19 I removed the v1 version of these pads so if for whatever strange reason you had the v1 rails made instead of the v2 reach out to me and I’ll send you those files. V3 pads are coming soon exact same profile as v2 just have a little better method for inserting the heat set inserts, they are much harder to install and get right compared to the v2 but will definitely aid in longevity of the threaded inserts and their tendency to pull out.

update 11/30/25 Sorry for the horrendous lag but I have finally uploaded the v3 of these pads, exact same profile shape size etc however the heat press inserts press in from above with a “stop“ below designed in to help keep the inserts from pulling out. I uploaded a few iterations of the v3: standard front and rear, front with no status led cutout and rear with an air tag pocket.
