This remix of the bearing extension and roller wall is designed for the popular (Un)original Drybox. It addresses fit and orientation issues in the original design, ensuring the bearings stay securely in place. With this remix, you’ll need 12 roller walls and 24 bearing extensions to complete the drybox setup.
The bearing extension is also reoriented to be print-ready—no supports needed—making it easy to print straight from the slicer. Enjoy a more secure and efficient setup for your drybox!

The original design had issues with the bearing extension and roller wall posts not securely holding the bearings, causing them to slip off easily. In this remix, I’ve adjusted the sizing of both the bearing extension and roller wall posts to ensure a snug fit, so the bearings stay in place even when moving the dry box, adding or removing filament, or making other adjustments.
Additionally, I’ve reoriented the bearing extension for easier printing. Previously, the default orientation would cause issues or require supports due to a ledge that prevents the bearing from being inserted too far. Now, the extension is rotated so the opposite face is down, eliminating the need for supports and making it ready to print as-is in your slicer.
