iPhone 7 Plus monitor back mount

For use with my monitor back mount or any other mount using two 30mm-spaced M3 bolts for attachment. 

I use Smooth Track on an iPhone for head tracking in flight simulators, this mount is a loose fit so it is easy to pick up the phone for adjustments. It is designed to stay there more or less permanently and to be picked up for turning on. Cable can stay attached for those phones where the battery doesn't have much life left.
