This is a better solution than my current one. I see you also put the bowden tube inside the drag chain as I did. I print models to the edges of my print bed on a regular basis, and the bowden tube is the next thing I need to fix, as it also has an interference problem. I took some 80 grit sandpaper and broke that plastic edge around the sides and front, the back had clearance. Softening the edge won't stop the tube from colliding, but it will reduce the damage done to the tube with each impact. Essentially I am chamfering that edge above the drag chain. If you put the tube inside the drag chain, you still have the curve to deal with as it enters the printhead.
My print job runs almost to the limits of the printer, using the entire bed, so I see a lot of wear caused by the edge collisions. (edited)
